构建全方位的高校思想政治教育体系，需建立协同融合的育人机制。要聚焦内容、方法、渠道与考评融合，推动思政课程与课程思政深度融合;要破除场域壁垒，构建衔接贯通的人才培养体系，搭建深度融合的链接机制，实现第一课堂与第二课堂的联动闭环;要树立数字化赋能思政教育理念，搭建网络思想政治教育平台，提升教师数字化素养，推动网络信息技术与思想政治教育的有机融合;要完善统筹规划，创新全员参与机制，健全综合保障体系，构建系统化的融合育人体系。

To construct a comprehensive ideological and political education system in higher education institutions,it is essential to establish a collaborative and integrated education mechanism. This entails focusing on the convergence of content,methods,channels,and evaluation to facilitate the deep integration of ideological and political courses with course-based ideological and political education. It is also necessary to break down disciplinary barriers,develop an interconnected talent cultivation system,establish a linkage mechanism for in-depth integration,and promote closed-loop interaction between the first classroom and the second classroom. Furthermore,embracing the concept of digital empowerment is crucial for advancing ideological and political education,which involves building an online ideological and political education platform,enhancing instructors' digital literacy,and fostering the organic integration of ideological and political education with Internet information technology. Finally,it is vital to strengthen overall planning,drive innovation through full participation,reinforce comprehensive support,and establish a systematic and integrated education system.
